What tools do you use for NaNoWriMo?

Well, firstly I highly recommend good music and good poetry. Find things that inspire you.
And this is a general rule for life in general, but a lot spend time with people smarter than you.

For my outlines I use http://mind42.com/

It's AWESOME.

The outlines are great

It's super easy to use and highly, highly recommended.

And I use Google Documents for writing, not a Word Document.

You can access them anywhere, and the format is nice. Plus I can connect it to Word 42

I also remmoned making your characters as other things aside from people.

I know that sounds crazy, but it'll really test how well you know your character.
