"YOU DON'T KNOW MY LIFE." March 31, 2011

BEDA, or Blog Every Day April, starts tomorrow. I know I'd be doing that regardless, but I'm going to change it up a bit. In stead of my normal senses, I will be doing mood, listening to, last thing I ate, last thing I drank and what I'm currently reading. This won't last all year, just during BEDA. I thought it might be nice to have a little bit of a change.
Firstly, it is likely that I will be going back home from next Thursday until Saturday for my Grandmother's funeral. While this isn't set in stone, (She's not gone yet) I'm working out getting guest bloggers for those days, and now matter what happens, I promise something will be up those days.
Secondly, today was okay. I did discover that making super adorable noises distracts yourself from the poor things, and that my friends seem weirder the worse you feel. Trevor, Hippo, Sarah, Ashley and I hung out just after I spent some time with Hippo and Austin. That wasn't the last time I was Austin, either. I gave him a hug and chatted with him after going to the super market with my step-dad. Seeing him consistently makes me smile.
Since it's not April just yet, (I've still got half and hour, damn it) I'll be doing my normal senses today.
Today I saw: Powell-sensei! Which was nice. The extent of us talking was Trevor asking him is he jumped off the stairs landing while Powell-sensei was down stairs, would he catch him. Powell-sensei said he's easily break both of his arms, but he'd try.
Today I heard: Lots of cute little giggles and sounds from me and Hippo.
Today I smelled: Hippo's present for being awesome. I haven't given it to her yet, but it smells delightful.
Today I touched: Hippo, a lot. I used her as a pillow/ thing for leaning upon pretty much the whole time we hung out.
Today I tasted: Cookies and Creme Hersey's. Only a few little chunks of the bar, but those chunks were delicious.

"My childhood was just raped beyond recognition." March 14, 2011

Afternoon, Blogger. More like night, actually. It's 9:20 but 'Night, Blogger' sounds like a goodbye. And I'm not going anywhere. Not for now, at least. I'm talking to Kristin on Skype after having a rather notsome conversation with Hippo, which has left me just wanting to leave Sarah with my blog. I'm glad you guys liked that, by the way. Onward, today was rather great. Despite the fact that my afternoon was filled with Jackie.
Trevor, Hippo, Sarah and I hung out, with Leslie, Ashley, Austin, John and Alexa joining us. And that was all well and good until Alexa, Hippo, Trevor and I were reminded of a certain Jigglypuff image. Literally, it scarred our minds. But it's Alexa's and I's fault. Hippo and Trevor saw it on accident, were terrified and Alexa and I demanded to see it. I was going to show you said image, just to both put it back in Sarah, Trevor and Hippo's mind and to scar everyone else, but I couldn't find it. Oh well. You should probably be happy about that.
So, of course Sarah, Jackie, and John wanted to see it too. We did, however protect Austin because of this closeness to Jigglypuff. I'm pretty sure they regret it as much as Hippo, Alexa and I do.
After all of that, I went home with Hippo and fell asleep. I suppose that's what happens when you go to be at three in the morning.
Not doing that again. At least for a while.
Today I saw: Austin's magnificent Styrofoam hat. It was literally just a rectangular piece of Styrofoam, that he wore on his head with his government words hanging down the side.
Today I heard: Laughter. Lots of laughter. I love that. I love days when it's me and my friends and we just laugh. Because everything is funnier when you're with your best friends.
Today I smelled: Oh, Lord. I don't even know. My friends? Which isn't to say that any of them smell bad, they all smell lovely.
Today I touched: Alexa, John, Trevor, Sarah, Leslie, Hippo, Ashley and Austin. My favorite people.
Today I tasted: Chips, pretzels, snacks... Healthy choices.

"He's fine with you." March 4, 2011

I have been putting off blogging all day. I know, such a great way to start off a post. But, Hippo was sick, so I basically sat most of the after school time. Apart from my conversation with Ashley, which I'm so confused about. Ashley said that she asked Gunnar if he was okay with me, and he said he was, and that everything was cool. He knows I like him, but it doesn't bug him. But Hippo was always saying the opposite. So now I don't know who to believe, and all I want to do is talk to Gunar. But he's a Regionals for band and they don't get home until Monday night. So now I'm just left to sit and blast Defiance, Ohio while fawning over LUSH cosmetics. I know that's not a good use of my time, but I am sad and confused so I'm hopeless.
I know this is a short, poorly-written, boring and not to mention, depressing post. But, it's the best I can produce at the moment. Hippo's gone to bed, and my blogging vein isn't pumping any ideas to my brain.
Sorry, guys.
Today I saw: Pokemon, and books. Sitting alone gives you a lot of time to do those things. I could've worked concessions with AC/DC, but I didn't want to work with Abbey or Dorsey. I simply wasn't in the mood. What can I say, they don't happen to love me. Well, Abbey doesn't. Dorset's lovely, but likes to pick on me.
Today I heard: Nana Grizol! (A branch off Defiance, Ohio) I like them a lot.
Today I smelled: Ashley, I suppose. And sweat, which is what happens when you attend school with teenagers.
Today I touched: Just about nothing. I did do a Yeah Writers! writing prompt, today. About Hippo.
Hippo: Wordlessly awesome. My own serendipity.
Today I tasted: Microwave food for dinner because it's Friday and everyone is lazy. You know what, from here on out, I promise to never have the attitude in a blog. I need to appreciate these days more. It could be so much worse.

"Aw, look at Leslie! KABOOM!"

"I told that girl to mind her leptons, but she did not keep her sub-sub-sub atomic particles in check. I'll have to give her a stern talking to about what really matters."
Today, today, today...
Aside from world war three arising in History, it was okay. The sub-quote is Hippo trying to figure out what Powell would say if my history teacher were to call him and get me in trouble from Powell, too. Nothing would happen, I'm sure. So, I saw Johnny, Shawna and Jillian today, which was okay when you don't think about the fact that Jillian is not a fan of me. And then I spent a little time with Ashley, and then came home and Skyped with Hippo. (We've been on 3:30 hours.) We actually worked on some character stuff and found a HILARIOUS picture of Powell when he very clearly did not want his picture taken. I need to post this before the vain in Hippo's head pops.
Today I saw: Snow flurries SNOW FLURRIES EVERYWHERE
Today I heard: Laughter. Lots and lots of laughter. A lot of it at Powell's expense.
Today I smelled: Today I smelled SCIENCE in the science hall.
Today I touched: Hippo's game boy, while playing Pokemon Emerald.
Today I tasted: Chips. I like that crap.

"Mind your leptons." February 15, 2011- Mom's Birthday

"I must be algae
and You must be fungus
Because I have taken a "lichen" to you"

So, today was actually good. After school though, I ha to have a text message duel with Maxx because he wouldn't give Hippo her Valentine despite the fact that he didn't even know it was one. Then me, Leslie, Trevor, Hippo, Anthony, Sarah, Ashley and I hung out. Leslie left after a little, but not before calling me 'Leslie adorable.' I about imploded.
Before she left, I walked her down to the commons, and ran into Powell, which was good. We talked about antimatter and things like that, which is where the quote came from. Today was parent-teacher conferences so after they others left, Hippo and I sat on the bench behind his table and talked with him when he wasn't talking to parents. And he introduced me to the Advanced English teacher. I'm sure she's lovely, but as of know, she scares me. Actually, when I told Powell this he said "Good." So I must be on the right track. All in all, good day. The AC/DC state team leaves for the State meet tomorrow. Good luck, guys!

"You're back!" February 10, 2011

Yeah, not a great day. But I saw Austin and that was great. I've missed him so much. While I normally play Switzerland for me, Hippo, Sarah and Ash, he's my Switzerland. I pretty much need him to stay sane these days. And that was pretty much the only good thing. I now that sounds bad, but ask Hippo and Trevor's shirts, which are stained with my tears. I'm looking forward to a weekend alone, relaxing. Admittedly, It'd b better gaming with Austin and Hippo, but that's probably not going to happen.
Today I saw: Austin, clearly. And his new swag, a hat and shoes.
Today I heard: Trevor and Austin play piano. Much missed.
Today I smelled: Nothing noteworthy. Well, actually I smelled Austin. But he's been everyone so far.
Today I touched: Austin. Oh my God. Austin, Austin, Austin. Not that I don't love him, but golly.
Today I tasted: A chip, at lunch. Sour cream and onion. Good stuff

"You're actually really pretty." Febuary 9, 2011

Hey. Look. Compliment. Anyway, today didn't suck that bad. Some parts did, I can not tell a lie. Missed Gunnar, missed Austin, missed Leslie, missed Rosemary. Plus, we tested today, which I actually like. I like the whole testing process. I hate the tests, but the process and the way the day works out is good for me. I like it, dispute my growing anxiety.
I talked to Trevor basically all afternoon. After school in real life, then texted until 8:30. Then spoke to Hippo, saw Gunnar but didn't speak, had to see Jackie twice more than either of us would have liked. Nothing unusual. All I can hope is that tomorrow's tests go well and that I can pry Austin away from Jackie and Gunnar long enough to talk to him. Like that's going to happen.
Today I saw: Some 99 dollar ukuleles that I wanted to have very badly. But, I'm spending my uke fund on Ashley's birthday.
Today I heard: Trevor's relaxed voice. Better than his excited (and admittedly high pitched) voice.
Today I smelled: My soaps, I guess. Nothing new or interesting here, like usual. I still can't bring myself to remove it.
Today I touched: Sarah, a lot. And Trevor, a lot.
Today I tasted: A lot of crackers. Mr. Gass gave me his from his lunch because I was complaining about hunger during the Terra Nova tests.

"Liz has a 'z' on the end of it for a reason. Swallow your spit and go to bed silly goose!" Febuary 5, 2011

Today was... productive. I watched a bunch of Karen Kavett videos while cleaning, I sent out my Animal Crossing mail, I hung up another sticky note from my 'wall of inspiration.' That's just were I put nice things on sticky notes and stick them for the back of my desk.

  • Things are only as scary as you make them.

  • Don’t focus on hits, blog for yourself.

  • A crappy execution of an idea is better than an amazing concept trapped in your head forever

  • Stephanie Meyer wrote books- so can you.

  • When you’re loosing everything, remember what you’ve been given.

  • The last one is the new one, by the way. Oh, and I added it 'You will enjoy as much as you let yourself enjoy.'
I also found a new mode of displaying my Wii games and I'm about to do laundry. And I'm done with my last does of Azithromycin. Take that Bronchitis!
It just occurred to me that I tried to use 'also' twice in a row, which made me realise that these things are poorly written. I ought to work on that. I mean, Hippo's at The Wearable Arts Show with Johnny, so I haven't got anything better to do.
That leads me to think about how we need a world conference. Because Switzerland (me) is just trying to make peace while France, Czechoslovakia and Labia (Sarah, Ashley and Hippo) seem to be caught in a mess of miscommunication and stupidity. I actually really like this world metaphor we have going.
I like it almost as much as the quote that I wish more people would live by. "“I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant; it is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.” Yeah. That's a Pokemon quote. Thank you, Mewtwo. I guess for me it feels like all that's changed is really some numbers. (13 to 14/15 Is it that big?) I think I should be loved for myself regardless. But people have different opinions and I suppose I'm stuck loosing two (Maybe three) or my best friends and favorite people.
"When you're loosing everything, remember what you've been given."
Today I saw: Not anything out of the ordinary. New sticky notes on my wall, I suppose.
Today I heard: Karen Kavett's voice, as I have discovered her lovely videos
Today I smelled: There is something cooking downstairs, however I have no idea what it is.
Today I touched: My room, a lot. Cleaning and getting things settled.
Today I tasted: Honey Nut Cheerios. In fact, I think that's all I've eaten today. Healthy.

"Your throat is discusting, it's the worst thing about you." January 11, 2011

    1-11-11
Today will be short because my laptop is having issues and I have to use my mother's. School sucked, but I sent the afternoon with Ashley, Trever, Sarah, Hippo, Austin, Gunnar and Maxx. In that order. Fun times. Especially sense Hippo still has Maxx's ID, and Gunnar's french spoon and his sweater. Yes, Gunnar has a french spoon, that Maxx used to almost kill Austin. Did I mention that I hate sporks? Because I do. I am EXTREMELY passionate about my sprok hatred. Shit sucks. I promise.
    That's all for now.

"Did you just say there's high school on your laptop?" January 9, 2011

All I did today was be a dork with friends. Now I'm on Sykpe with Hippo, Sarah, and Ashley.

Today I saw: Hippo running around like a mad person.
Today I heard: Sarah cowering in the corner.
Today I smelled: Apparently, Hippo thinks I smelt like fried fish today. Oh yeah, Hippo and Sarah are writing this post of me via Skype.
Today I touched: Ashley. A lot.
Today I tasted: Homemade four cheese ravioli made by my papaya.

Thanks to Sarah and Hippo for basically writing this post. I love you two.
And my life would suck with out you.

    "I miss you already!" Day 3, January 3, 2011

So, I'm using a quote from today that made me smile and writing the date so I get used to saying 2011 instead of 2010. The Our Town cast list was apparently posted however, I didn't get the email. The girl who played the lead in the last First City Players play is Emily. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK? This is something that makes me so mad. She had her moment where everybody loved her, and now she's getting another. I'm not saying I should have been cast. My audition sucked anyway, because I didn't stand up straight, but for the love of God there were so many more deserving people. I'm tired of talking about this.
Today I saw: Powell, AC/DC, Austin, Gunnar, Sarah and Ashley. People I have missed so much. (Funny tidbit, when I first typed this sentence I wrote 'People I have pissed.' This would amuse Gunnar.
Today I heard: A lot of laughter. Today was a good laugh day. Especially in AC/DC. Invisible double shake-weights are made of laughter.
Today I smelled: My Lush 'Snow Fairy' shower gel. I used to smell amazing, but after travel it smells like old people, TSA, death, doom and piss.
Today I touched: Gunnar's surprisingly soft hair as we laid on the floor of the choir room and talked about life.
Today I tasted: A Hostess cupcake, for the first time in a long time. It was pretty good.
